Help with online data

This might be a bit of a long shot given that there may not be much traffic on this forum, but I am looking to get someone to do a major revamp on my weather station online presence http://www.bristolweather.org/.

It has been on my mind for sometime and I used to be a business Intelligence analysist but I was never a web page designer/coder.

I am of course willing to pay and I do understand how it all should hang together and be presented much better than it currently is.

I would very much like to get the data uploaded to the WOW Met Office site but that just defeats me before I even get started.

Anyone who can point me toward someone would be greatly appreciated.
