Dry continental air

At the present time (1815z) my RH is only 30% (T= 11.9C, Dew = -5.0C)
The lowest since May of 2016.

A low humidity for this station on the 25th with a minimum RH of 48% at 1550 UTC. The lowest since Aug 29 2016.
